When I go to print my quote very little information appears on the print out.

You need to adjust the print settings. To do this first click on the "File" menu then "Print", "Print Settings" and select the options you want to print

When I go to print preview a header and footer appears.

You need to adjust the page setup. Click the page setup icon in print preview and remove the header and footer fields.

When I go to print preview all of my graphics disappear.

This is an issue in Internet Explorer, to fix it open Internet Explorer and click the "Tools" menu then "Internet Options". Go to the "Advanced" tab and about halfway down you will see a printer icon and a checkbox below it that says "Print background colors and images" check that box.
